Glucose Syrup and Maltose Syrup are clear, colourless, bland taste viscous liquids. It is usually used to optimize sweetness, enhance product texture and mouthfeel, improve viscosity control, increase cohesiveness, give clear appearance and for coating purposes. SSSFI glucose syrup and maltose syrup suitable to be applied in confectionery, non-diary creamer, sauces, dressings, ice-creams, jams, processed-foods, pharmaceuticals etc.
